Prices Include: UK Flights  | Transfers | Accommodation  Chalet Ecole is a beautifully renovated nineteenth century village school which provides a warm and welcoming home-from-home feel with a touch of luxury.
The chalet is well located in La Roche (home of the French Olympic bobsleigh) and is only 150 metres from the new La Roche pistes and six man chairlift which takes you to Aime 2000 in minutes. Non-skiers are also able to take the lift to the resort and so have easy access to all the shops and restaurants.
There is a mountain restaurant/bar 150 metres from Chalet Ecole and a local ski rental shop where guests receive a 20% discount. There is a local ESF ski school office and the ski school itself is conveniently located at the top of the La Roche lift. Alternatively if you prefer the chalet staff are happy to take and collect you and your children from the ski school of your choice.
With boot warmers provided, you can be assured of a dry comfortable start to the day. Any aches and pains you have after a hard days skiing or boarding can be eased in the jacuzzi bath or a steaming power shower. Then relax on comfortable sofas with a glass of wine around the log burning stove while the staff prepare delicious home cooked food.
After dinner you can retire to the living room to relax and enjoy a selection of books, games, DVDs, Nintendo Wii and satellite tv. For those of you with any energy left you can relax at the local bar and restaurant or the chalet staff will be happy to chauffeur you to and from the resort where you can sample the local nightlife. |
Accommodation: | The chalet sleeps up to 10 people comfortably in two double bedrooms, a twin room and a bunk room sleeping four, and has three bathrooms with WCs. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | The chalet staff appreciate that both before and after a day on the slopes you need food that is not only of a high standard but is hearty and satisfying.
To start your day the staff serve fresh coffee and tea (in bed if you prefer!) and a selection of breakfasts including freshly baked croissants and baguettes.
On your return you can relax with tea, coffee or hot chocolate and feast on homemade cakes and biscuits.
Six evenings a week your staff will carefully prepare a four course meal using fresh and locally sourced ingredients, with complimentary beer and wine to be served at your table.
One evening your staff will have a night off although breakfast and afternoon tea will still be provided. This gives you an opportunity to sample the local cuisine in La Roche or in one of the many restaurants in La Plagne. They can arrange transport and reservations if you wish.
The chalet can cater for most dietary requirements including vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and simple allergies. Please do notify us beforehand if you have specific catering needs.
